One on One Sessions 

Online or in person movement classes based out of Montreal

 

 

These sessions will unravel at a slower pace and with more intimate guidance than in a group class setting. We will be covering how to integrate, apply and express movement more fully and authentically to you and your body. We will use tools from somatic exploration, personal research and the Axis Syllabus. 

 

These offerings are open to all. In particular, beginners, slower learners and/or humans curious about expanding a more in depth knowledge base, related to movement principles and practice.
